Getting Ready for Revival – Isaiah 6:1-8

Limited gatherings.  Fewer face-to-face meetings.  Postponed mission work.  This is a time of forced waiting.  What if this season is less about inconvenience and more about God is preparing us for revival.  What if, coming out of this season, we give ourselves over to the practices that bring new life, that bring revival to ourselves and, by extension, to the people around us?
Our Sunday message draws form Isaiah 6:1-8.  It’s a powerful passage!  But if we look simply at the what is says about a human being finding himself in the presence of God revealed in splendor, we can gain helpful insight for renewing our relationship with God – and being prepared for mission.  (15 minutes – first of a three part series.)
